Lead Teller - Alton Center/M.L. King Dr
The Lead Teller serves as an assistant to the Retail Operations Supervisor/Tellers. This position also follows established policies and procedures in providing a variety of service functions, including processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and traveler's checks. The Lead also cross-sells services and is responsible for balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.
