• Assistant Porter  *PT (temporary position)
  This position is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the Main Bank and West Park Center. This position is during the summer only, and the hours will be Monday through Friday 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.
• Bank Services Consultant - Bethalto Center
  The Bank Services Consultant is responsible for achieving set sales goals in all areas, including loans, deposits, referrals, and cross selling. The Consultant also opens new deposit accounts, assists in the processing and closing of retail loans, and assists customers with questions on deposit accounts and retail loans.
• Human Resources Generalist
  The Human Resources Generalist administers TheBANK's employee benefit programs and is responsible for the recruitment and hiring for TheBANK. The Generalist also tracks internal moves, applicant flow, and reports EEO information. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating organizational charts, job descriptions, and job postings. The Generalist also coordinates employee events.
• Retail Lender - Collinsville Center
  The Retail Lender develops and manages retail and small business loans. This position is responsible for documentation, verifications, closing and ensures compliance with policies and procedures involved with the credit process. In addition, the Lender provides back up support for the Bank Services Consultant position.
• Teller - Alton Center/Ridge
  Follows established policies and procedures in providing a variety of service functions, including processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and traveler’s checks. Also cross-sells services. Is responsible for balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Teller - Edwardsville Center/Troy Road *Part-time
  Follows established policies and procedures in providing a variety of service functions, including processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and traveler’s checks. Also cross-sells services. Is responsible for balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Teller - Glen Carbon Center/Route 157 *Part-time
  Follows established policies and procedures in providing a variety of service functions, including processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and traveler’s checks. Also cross-sells services. Is responsible for balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Teller - Glen Carbon Center/Route 159
  Follows established policies and procedures in providing a variety of service functions, including processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and traveler’s checks. Also cross-sells services. Is responsible for balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.
