peace of mind knowing that your checks and ACH
(Automated Clearing House) debits will be covered up

- What is the Courtesy Coverage
- It is a service to qualified
customers of TheBANK of Edwardsville where we may pay
overdrafts from checks, ACH (Automated Clearing House),
ATM and debit card transactions.
- Does the Courtesy Coverage

ACH transactions and recurring debit card transactions?

- You will be charged $32.00 for
each overdraft item that is paid, up to a maximum of six
overdraft fees per business day.
- In what order does TheBANK pay
checks and other items?
- Our general payment order for
checks and other items will be as follows: ATM
withdrawals and debit card purchases; in-person
withdrawals; checks that are cashed at one of our
locations; automatic transfer debits; ACH debits; checks
that are deposited with us; and checks presented to us
by other banks. Typically, no item in one category will
be paid until all items in the previous categories have
been paid. An item may be paid in a different order if
we are unable to determine information about the item
that is necessary to process it in the regular order.
For multiple ATM withdrawals and debit card purchases
that are processed on the same day, we will pay them in
the order the transactions occurred. For checks
processed on the same day, we will pay them in check
number order beginning with the lowest check number. For
all other items that are processed on the same day, we
will pay in the order of dollar amount beginning with
the lowest dollar item.
- When do I have to repay my
- Any new deposits into your
account will first be applied to repay the outstanding
overdrafts and fees. If you do not deposit enough funds
in your account to repay the overdraft, then you must
pay us all overdrafts if any overdrafts have been
outstanding more than 10 consecutive days.
