Mary Jo Hanvey

and serves as the Retail Operations Supervisor at the
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, Mary Jo’s daily duties
include assisting the center manager with the everyday
tasks for running the center, along with handling
customer concerns and problems and balancing the
daily financial totals.
“I had always worked in Belleville at my previous jobs.
But when I came to TheBANK I started at the Swansea
Center. It’s been great because I’ve met so many new and
interesting people. I really enjoy the interaction with the
customers and being able to help them,” she said.
Being able to help customers makes Mary Jo proud to
be a member of TheBANK team.

A graduate of Belleville Township High School, Mary
Jo lives in Belleville and has eight brothers and sisters.
She is a member of St. Henrys Catholic Church, where
she is a Eucharistic Minister, as well as a member of the
Westside Optimists and Treasurer of Wolf Branch School.
Away from work, Mary Jo enjoys traveling, visiting
wineries, watching movies and watching HGTV.

As a Vice President/Commercial Banking Group, Paul
assists business owners in fulfilling their goals and
objectives through commercial banking, focusing on
commercial lending. His position also involves taking
part in community organizations and interacting with

A Business Administration graduate with a specialization
in Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville,

daughters, and the family dog named Mojo.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys fishing, boating, hiking,
shooting, lawn and garden work, cooking, watching
movies, and most importantly, spending time with
