If your MagicCheck or Magic Touch Card is lost or stolen, please notify TheBANK's Customer Service Center immediately at 618/656-0098 during banking hours. After-hours or on weekends, please call toll-free 1-800-528-2273 to report your card lost or stolen.
Once you've reported your card lost or stolen, simply complete the following form and submit it to us to order a new card.Your new card will be mailed to you in about two weeks.
If you would like rush delivery of your replacement card, 2-3 business days, please select option below. The card will be sent to the card address on file.
